PRE-ORDER MODEL
The majority of stores on Merchy Merch work with our pre-order order model. This means that we open up a pre-order window for their customers so they can purchase their items between 2 dates e.g. 1st Jan and 31st Jan. Once the pre-order window closes and not before all the orders received for that store will be collated and processed together and treated as one complete and confirmed order. No changes to the individual orders, refunds or any additions can be made to this complete order once the online shop orders have been processed.
Once the orders have been processed they will be sent into production for printing / embroidery. From this point your order can take between 14 and 28 business days to arrive at your door.
STANDARD RETAIL
Some organisations choose to have their merch pre manufactured / produced and have us store their stock. In these cases it means that as soon as you order all we need to do is process the order, pick the stock and send it out for delivery to you, meaning that you get your order within 5-7 business days.
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible but this all depends on production demand at that time and the size of your organisation’s final order.
