Merchy Merch provides you, our customers with custom/personalised goods. All items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns unless we have made a significant mistake or the garments are faulty/damaged.
Please be aware the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or good made to a consumer’s specification”.
We only rectify a mistake if reported within 48 hours or receiving your order.
Please be sure to check product size information before placing your order and make sure any customisation is entered in correctly. Because we are supplied garments by many different manufacturers all their sizes can vary.
Standard sizing is a not a thing.
For example .. A large Nike T-shirt may not be the same as a large Adidas T-shirt.
